Conversion optimization A/B tests

Outcomes

Working with the A/B test team, I had a blast of participating from the initial planning phase to the final production phase. I submitted new A/B test ideas, developed hypotheses, worked with analysts to tackle down success metrics, designed variants in Figma, performed UAT, analyzed the testing results, and communicated with the product owner.

What I learned...

Reflections

Understand and respect brand identity

Design is a visual language which creates values through the use of colors, fonts, and images. During my internship, I learned how to design projects to produce a consistent brand image that conveys company values.

Validate design decisions with data

It’s always important to present and convey my design thinking into solid reasoning. Especially when I’m designing for a task, I learned to refer to supporting data to validate my design decisions.
